Constantly messing up food and drinks. I ordered a sweet tea and two double cheese burgers no onions. I overheard the girl at the window say she is out of sweet tea and needed more. There was an older gentleman bringing up the sweet tea and she ignored him while clearly pouring me an unsweetened tea… I was baffled. I said oh look there is the new sweet tea can I get that instead of whatever tea you just poured because I definitely saw them take the old one to change it. I went to McDonald’s off 9th Ave for the first time around 9pm last night on 5/8 and everyone in the drive thru team was so friendly! For them to be working that late in the day, they had the best attitudes and the biggest smiles on their face. I also had so many modifications to my order but they didn’t make me feel bad about them at all and got all of them right. Also, they had made too many happy meals for the car in front of me and so I got the extra one that they had made by mistake - made my whole night. Great customer service here!

Long story short.. Rudolph is absolutely what every McDonalds needs. Rudolph’s charisma, and attention to detail is spot on. I use to avoid this location due to bad attitudes, seems like Rudolph’s great attitude is rubbing off on the entire building. Keep it up! That smile is worth more than you think!

Not my cup of tea anymore particularly the morning. A mistake happened on their part with my food and I was really chilled about it. A simple my bad would have satisfied me compared to brushing me off like I'm the one that made the mistake. I had to delay my day and drive all the way back here to have my food fixed. Even if an apology wasn't issued the attitude was not cool especially when you can physically see that the mistake was on this part. Food was 🗑️
