We visited the place and the atmosphere was really nice. We ordered nachos, which took more than 20 minutes to arrive. We did not complain or escalate the situation; we only followed up after waiting for a long time. The staff member who took our order (female staff member with a bob cut hairstyle) did not apologize, and when we asked about the delay, her response was brief and dismissive, simply saying that the food was being prepared in the kitchen. Last night we chose this establishment for my bestfriend‘s birthday. We got to the bar, extremely excited and we walked up to order shots, After we ordered, I was going to pay and as I was paying, my friend told the bartender Ian That it was her birthday and she asked him to wish her a happy birthday before we took the shot. He started screaming the price at us as I was getting my money out (ignoring her request and rolling his eyes) , and after she asked him to say happy birthday, he proceeded to take the shots and dumped them on the floor and denied us service.
