My family and I came in and were greeted immediately. I told the crew I was going to order in the app. After ordering, we were delivered hot and fresh food. Alylah was friendly and attentive. She made sure we didn't need anything else. For a warm day, it was surprisingly not crowded and the AC was wonderful. Thank you Alylah and crew for making our day just a touch better. (I wasn't able to leave a survey through the receipt, so I'm leaving it here.)

I've ordered from this DQ many times, and each time I had a negative experience. I would order a royal blizzard, which cost more than a standard blizzard, and every time was given a standard blizzard. I would ask for a chocolate shake, and be given vanilla. Recently I ordered delivery, and it took 2 hours to be delivered. Not sure if thats the restaurant or the delivery service at fault, BUT when the food did arrive, it was cold, like it had been sitting for two hours. The order wasnt correct either - I double checked the receipt stapled to the bag.

Waited in a very long line. Finally made it to the window and heard an employee in the background say, "I can't even make these orders. The ice cream is too soft." I assumed ours weren't impacted since they still had me pay and didn't mention anything. But I was wrong. They gave me 2 banana splits that were complete soup. So gross. Three employees were there, all aware of the issue, and they just continued taking orders and handing these out as if nothing was wrong. Just tell me your machine is down and I will go somewhere else. Don't make me pay and drive away only to find that you didn't act

service was not good. I ordered 2 blizzards and 2 fries and they gave me my blizzards and not my fries. I then had to wait at the window where they only have us one fry and we had to ask for our other one. Servers were not also not friendly at all. Fries were really good but the blizzards had almost no flavor to them and were basically all vanilla. ( Ordered choco dipped strawberry). Was trying to get a quick snack and it turned into waiting a long time and we had to deal with a snappy worker.
