How come, that I order a big Breakfast 🥞 and they do not serve me the hotcakes 🥞…. I order it and bring the food at work and when I open it I got this… not fair. I’m still want my hotcakes 😓. They stole my money 🥺

Everyone that came in had to wait for someone to show up to the counter , there where plenty of employees but non of them whiling to help or provide a service...poor management, look like a Young guy no hesitation to ask if anyone was been help or already order.. (staff) similar, no customer service whatsoever...

I like the kiosk at McDonald’s. They allow you to customize your order. I added extra cheese to both the big breakfast and the steak egg and cheese bagel. The meals cooked here look good . I ordered the bagel without the bread. But the service fast fast here overall good

Went to this mcdonalds after work,was looking at the menu deciding what to get the manager came up to me and said sir you will have to order from the kiosk. I was okkk, and she said again "sir you ordering from the kiosk "" it's my decision if I want to order from the kiosk or not that's your job I got extremely upset frustrated and left, went to burger king next door. Avoid this place manager is extremely rude and has a "whatever" attitude..if possible I would give a zero but I have no choice but a 1...the atmosphere in the store is ok but the management/crew brings it wayyy down.i was orig
