This is an outstanding barbecue place. Rated number 1 in 2025 in the city of Flagstaff. The service was great. We had a full rack of ribs and a full pound of brisket. We also had the red beans and rice and the cornbread. My wife said the sweet potato fries were fantastic. Since we were celebrating two special occasions, they brought us a special plate of beigbets. They were amazing sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with chocolate syrup! If we ever return to Flagstaff, we will definitely stop at Satchmos

I’ve had both in person meals and catering and I love it. When we catered they forgot one of our items, brisket, and drove 45 mins to get it to us. Amazing staff and great food. Definitely recommend the burnt ends on Sundays. 10/10 will definitely go back

My friend and I stopped at Satchmos’s for lunch and we ordered a brisket and pulled pork sandwich with Cajun tater tot’s. The pulled pork was super moist and delicious with their spicy and sweet bbq sauce options. We really liked their welcoming atmosphere and the yummy food. Shout out to Matty G for highlighting all their popular menu items and for making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this spot for lunch!

Small place with Big Time food. I can see why they were voted best in Flagstaff. The brisket was amazing. The ribs fantastic. Pulled pork delicious. Staff was extremely friendly. Can't wait to go back.
