It was the day after NAU graduation (Saturday), and we were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of outdoor seating (probably a little result of too much celebrating the night prior). We had placed our orders inside and were sent away with a number on a stand for our table. The gal that waited on us was very patient and uber-friendly taking our orders – luckily there was no one behind us and she took the time to answer all of our questions. I feel like we’d only been seated just a hot second when the food

My husband loved his hash with roasted sweet potatoes and red and gold beets stir fried with chorizo and topped with scrambled egg and chimichurri. I loved the pork chile verde on my chilaquiles dish. The pork was so tender and not fatty. We came again and tried the brioche French toast, steak and eggs, another chile verde dish which was all very good. Only wish was the steak and eggs should’ve had more beef. It’s a family tradition to celebrate NYE in flagstaff and every time on our last day, before we head back down to Phoenix, we stop and get breakfast here! You can’t go wrong with the breakfast burrito. I add bacon and you must get the green sauce, it adds so much flavor to the meal! I also get their donuts, so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I love their coffee as well, so strong and tasteful. Their service is amazing, all the employees are so nice and attentive! We are a big group so they really try to accommodate us and the little kiddo
