The food quality seems to be very good here, though I have only been here a few times and have tried only a few items on their menu. There is fast and friendly and polite service. One of the reasons why I am giving 3 stars is because maybe they need some security to deter the lower grade customers like in this morning who used such abusive and vulgar language over a purchase and bathroom issue. I immediately felt unsafe in the line behind this customer since they were behaving badly, and it seemed risky. It's also very awkward when customers are discussing very private and graphic sexual facts

I recently visited your location at 180 Parkside Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11226, and ordered a Big Mac meal with extra-large fries. Unfortunately, the fries were not filled properly, and when I requested they be topped off, the staff refused and instead offered a refund. I’m disappointed by this experience and, as a result, I won’t be returning. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously.” Manager gave me attitude and refused me rather than filling my fries . They don’t know hospitality

Had to use bathroom less than six minutes later still putting on my attire, janitor lady was demanding banging I exit , someone else had to use it. Was shocked told me finish dressing in restaurant. Had on multiple layers due to snow storm. Definitely not going back near a public restaurant or bathroom.

MICKEY MICKEY D 🍟 Big fan of the MD and they really delivered! I would have loved to drop 5 stars here but unfortunately Mcdonald’s still falls under my 3 Star review glass ceiling. The fancy thing about this location is a separate window they have open sometimes. It’s like the drive thru but for walking! If you don’t wanna be caught with fries in your mouth, you can just grab and go without ever even stepping in the location! How neat! thanks 🍔
