DO NOT GO HERE! Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. It's grossly apparent they hate customers. They complained about us not leaving them a $1 tip, after rudely glaring at us for coming in. They purposely made our drinks wrong, or tampered with them. They tasted horrible. Yellow/green haired young girl with a lot of face piercings, and a red haired young man with a lot of chains around his neck. Worst customer service ever, and they ruined our drinks.

But at this location I can say that I've had many more positive experiences than negative experiences. Drive thru service is atrocious. Extremely long wait times, and the orders are more often than not incorrect. Two days in a row our coffee order was wrong (specified hot caramel machiato and received ice, specified large and received small). They don't give napkins. Have to ask for straws. There is one girl who is pleasant. None of them appear to care about customer satisfaction

I came here after going to the beach with my family and I was helped by two workers named Mary and Rachel. They were absolute angels. The hot coffee was given to me cold, but Mary was able to remake it for me hot. Rachel was the one that cashed me out with great customer service. Not many kids are respectful on night shift but these two were amazing. I would come again!
