I have been going to this restaurant since I moved to Jacksonville over 20 years ago, and the food has always been excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner's wife has consistently been disappointing. She is often rude and unfriendly toward customers. On a recent visit, even my 10-year-old granddaughter noticed her behavior and commented, "That lady is not nice." It is unfortunate because the quality of the food is outstanding, but customer service is also an important part of the dining experience.
