Honestly, I rarely post reviews, but this place deserves one. Fast food work in itself is hard, especially during busy times. They have an amazing crew. I've seen their multitasking skills while also providing amazing service towards their customers. They always have the best attitudes, get the job done in a timely manner and are very engaging with their customers. This is towards both morning and evening shift.

I just waited 20 minites for $2 dollar doordash. They made orders for their 2 female friends, a LOAD of drive through orders that came in after mine. All of those were after my order. I missed out on other money tonight because of this as well im on the verge of loosing my house. They were also bad mouthing about customers complaining about cold food while she was in the store waiting on it. They walked by me several times witout saying anything. Ive worked many kitchens and that was a prime example of a dysfunctional and improperly managed kitchen ive ever seen. I will not be taking anymor

Just had the worst experience possible at this establishment. Ordered online, got to the store an hour and 30 mins before close with 2 cars ahead of me. Had to wait 30 mins to get to the speaker, saw 3 cars leave in frustration before I got there. I am told to wait another 5-10 mins. I tell them we have a mobile order, she tells me to pull around. The woman in blue and black dreads then says we can't take mobile orders but I can pull back around and order on the intercom. Makes zero damn sense so I tell her I would rather wait at the window. She storms off without a word. Then comes back with

i have literally NEVER had a good experience here. the workers are the rudest with zero sense of urgency. today i stood at the counter waiting to be given a take out order and watched a worker on facetime, loudly talking to her phone, no gloves, handling food. the food here is mediocre at best. if you want to eat at a mcdonalds in florence, pick one of the other two (one by publix and one by ollies). this one is not worth even a single thought.
