Going through the historic part of Folsom— always gives me the feeling of simplicity innocence when there were no social media, people used to use the phone— telegram write letters, can’t wait to go out to the mail to get a letter. Buy the news paper to get information. It gives me that sense of innocence of the olden days, but also carried the charm of modern days as well.

After the market, we explored a few of the surrounding shops and really took in the scenery. It’s a beautiful location with so much charm and character. I’m already planning to come back just to explore the businesses more intentionally. Definitely worth the stop!
