I asked for a crunchy taco and unfortunately didn’t receive lettuce and one and she’s in the other. I also didn’t receive my cinnamon twist and I’m very unhappy with this order I made.

This Taco Bell location went crazy! All of the food was extremely hot and they were super accommodating when we made changes to our order. I don't know if it's just the Night Shift but they deserve a 10/10. If I lived in the Folsom area, this would be my go to Taco Bell location 100%. Go there between the hours of 11 PM and 12 AM because they really seem like they care lol

Took 20 mins to get my order and then another 5 when I asked about it. Felt like I wasn't there because it took them a few mins to even acknowledge I was there. Then when I got my food the very simple additions I paid extra for were not there. The jalapeno sauce on the Doritos locos tacos and the avocado ranch sauce on the soft taco. Only one of the Doritos locos tacos had the jalapeno sauce so I asked them to retake it. Then when I open up the correct soft taco they put a ridiculous amount of sauce on it! Like what is wrong with the ppl here! Very petty of them especially when THEY messed up.

The crunch wraps we very dry and had no sauce what so ever I would recommend if someone does goes her to make sure they want some sauce and be very detailed beings they did not put anything but cheese egg and sausage .... No sauce. Who really wants to eat a dry burrito. I get the breakfast crunch wraps because the creamy jalapeno sauce and I can't even get that . I feel if I'm paying $18 for some food I better be exactly how I like it I guess this taco bell makes it what ever is convenient for them so disappointed
