Food was so good, especially the spicy miso soup (it was indeed spicy even though I got a medium) such good flavor! The gyoza was cool although under the top layer they were basically normal gyoza. Overall really good ramen and will be going back again! I especially loved the flavor of their pork!

I'm so stoked there is good ramen spot in Folsom! This has become my go-to location for ramen. My favorite is the spicy tonkotsu with the regular noodles. The broth is very well seasoned and perfect slices of charred pork of lean to fat ratio. I love the fact that you can customize the noodle type between regular and skinny. My favorite part of eating ramen is the egg and they give you the WHOLE EGG!! You can add more for $1 each. What a steal!
