I live in the neighborhood and regularly come to this Starbucks location, which is why it’s especially disappointing that the experience has been consistently poor lately. The quality and flavor of the drinks are often not the same as at other Starbucks locations I’ve visited. For example, the Frappuccino I ordered recently was already melted and had a thick, mushy texture instead of being smooth and icy like it normally should be. This location has a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. Baristas are friendly. They’re rarely extremely busy so they don’t have as much crew as others and sometimes they’re slow. However, my order is rather specific and I appreciate that they care to take the time to make sure they’re getting it right. Sometimes higher volume stores just slap it together because they’re trying to crank the orders out and the result is not as good.
