Omg!!!. I had such a great experience, and a big part of that was because of our server, Lightsha Jiménez. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. She made sure we always had everything we needed, checked on us at the right times without ever being intrusive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. I had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to the amazing staff. Manager Richard Brown truly stands out — he’s kind, approachable, and actually present on the floor, which makes a huge difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the guests and his team.
