I had an amazing experience. The waitresses were extremely nice and helpful. The was on an other level the best pancakes I have ever had. I had two great servers that were very customer centered. They were patient and knowledgeable. I had the value breakfast fave with extra bacon. One of the waitress made a dulce de leche milkshake instead of ice coffee drink that was amazing! Awesome teamwork

Went on 05/08/26 around 9:15am and was one of the worst services I’ve ever received. I went with my family and it wasn’t even busy around that time. Our server took forever to show up, another server came to take our drink order and when our “actual” server showed up and took our order, we received the wrong food items. She was visibly upset/annoyed, meanwhile we had different servers standing around looking at us. This iHop was not very welcoming at all. Love this place. Today we had MiaAngel as my server. She was so warm and attentive. Tony always greets us but he was in the back today. He did say hi as he walked by. Dontae usually waits on us and he is AWESOME too. The Ms. Dani the GM stopped by the table and made us feel welcome. Love this place. It was a busy morning for the restaurant but it was an awesome experience. Love you all Daphne
