They can’t seem to get my order correct.. I simply ordered an iced matcha latte and for some reason it came out brown and coffee in it. Tried to get it remade and they refused. A couple months have now passed so this time I decide to order inside. And when I asked one simple question if they’re able to add or charge me for caramel drizzle. All I received from one of the associates, was her eye roll. It was just a simple question. I do not recommend this location. They aren’t very welcoming. And third time they got my drink order wrong.

Ordered and then waited 17 minutes to get two items: a Coolatta and a small Milkshake. The total was over $12, which I thought was steep. I had requested extra vanilla in the Coolatta if possible - it tasted completely like ice. I wasn't even able to finish it. Parts were just pieces of ice. No thanks. No flavor. My son didn't like it either. His, very small, shake was good according to him. It came out very hard and needed to warm up to be able to be drank.

Might as well CLOSE Out of EVERYTHING I can get 1 type if breakfast sandwich and thats it. I had to get a refund today bc the sandwich i ordered took over 30 min not even busy mind you! The people in charge of scheduling need to be FIRED the Jennifer lady was the only person working. IDK how she is holding that place down I feel bad being rude prior to knowing she was on a solo mission 😕 came back i have had a bad stomach virus since I drank the coffee here been sick from Monday to now its friday. Pooping my brains out. DONT COME HERE UNLESS U WANT A VIRUS FROM THEM POISONING UR COFFEE!!!!

Went thru drive thru and ordered a black ice tea, bacon bits, hash browns and got dog thingy. Bacon is microwaveable bacon... Not fresh🤦‍♀️ hash browns were good. Tea was rough. No sweetener and they didn't even ask. I had to honk my horn to get their attention for napkins. No masks nor enforced. Even after saying thank you to drive thru attendant, she just kept speaking to someone and didn't even acknowledge. Place didn't look too clean either. Which blows my mind because it looks brand new from outside. Doubt I'll return. They need additional training🤷‍♀️ be better DD.
