You'd think that on the Fort Collins food scene that a place like Blue Agave could do better. Service was sorely lacking, and indifferent to our being there. Our drinks were slow to arrive, and the waitress excused it by saying that they had to change a keg. Our table only ordered 1 beer...so why the delay on all of the drinks? She also seemed frustrated when we started asking questions about the menu as if she didn't have time for us. As a former GM of fine dining establishments, and as a Culinary Instructor, I get that restaurant work can be grueling. But the customer shouldn't be getting

Blue Agave in Fort Collins is amazing, especially if you have celiac disease. I’ve always felt very safe eating here and have never gotten sick, which means so much when dining out gluten-free. The food is consistently delicious, and I always leave happy and satisfied. The staff is also wonderful, always kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate having a place like this that I can trust and enjoy every time I visit.

Good food and good vibes here. Interesting menu, my tortilla soup was an excellent version of a standard, and the pork belly tacos were damn fine. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. Service was friendly and the place was clean and modern. Lots of food choices in this area, but you won't go wrong choosing Blue Agave Grill.

We had a great experience here getting some celiac safe food! We stopped here after reading about the gluten free options and they truly didn’t disappoint. The menu has a great selection of GF options, in additions to things that can be modified to be GF. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about food allergies and cross contamination without us even asking. If you aren’t GF, the food is just as good. We had the guacamole starter and shared the teriyaki salmon entree. It was the perfect amount of food for the two of us and the flavors were delicious.
