The food here is simply amazing! Everything feels very Japanese, traditional, fresh, and full of real flavor. You can really taste each ingredient, which is something not easy to find these days. We tried the Bakka Roll and the Jumbo Eel Roll, and both were so good. One thing I really loved is that the sushi rice was a little warm, just like in a traditional Japanese restaurant, and you can tell how fresh everything is because of that. We had such a great night at Ichimora. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt right, warm, welcoming, and inviting. The host was wonderful and recommended a couple of dishes we had to try, and she was absolutely right. Our waitress was just as great.
