Went to Kuba for dinner last night (5/2/26) with our son & daughter in law. We all had a great time. Very lively atmosphere with very attentive staff. Great bar. The bar tender made a delicious espresso martini. Great music with a live band & dancing from 8-10 pm. Our waitress was friendly, sweet & always smiling. The entire staff was very welcoming. We ordered the fried calamarie, steak tacos, & tuna tamarone as appitizers. All were delicious. For main course we had Steak, chicken/shrimp fried rice, steak fried rice. All were great. Love the ambiance and esthetics of the spot. Live 🎶 music was a plus. As for food, it was stellar. Kuba Ceviche did not disappoint 👏 if you love white fish 😍 order it! The stuffed flounder is a must get chefs kiss (disclaimer from their menu, it does take 30 mins to prepare so order it when you order drinks and apps, which is what i did and it came out with the rest of the entrées) ... the tequila old fashioned was interesting,, bold move. My girlfriend and I went to Kuba Restaurant and had an amazing time from start to finish. The atmosphere was incredible — they had a live salsa band playing and we ended up dancing all night. It felt like such a fun and vibrant experience, way more than just dinner. The food and drinks were top notch. We have passed by Kuba thousands of times finally got a chance to check it out today. Honestly I expected more from the food. Nice decor and welcoming vibes in the bar and dining areas. It has 2 levels. The staff were all nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the seafood paella was under seasoned. Very blend. Did not give me the saffron taste at all. Portion of seafood was generous. But again, blend. Chicken and waffle was dry. At least the chicken was seasoned on this one. Appetizer sampler was not bad. Get to try beef/chicken empanadas, chicken baos, pork croquettes, friend chicken dumplings
