Food was trash. Maybe if the staff wasn’t busy stuffing their own faces and yapping they could make sure my food wasn’t burnt and then try to cover it up with cheese. Crazy move. Also, you probably shouldn’t dump the rest of the community syrup pump in someone’s drink because you ran out kinda gross to see the lid that everyone touches in my cup. Do better.

What even is this?! I asked for extra toasted and extra cream cheese and THIS is what I get? Absolutely unacceptable. The fact that someone thought this was okay to hand to a customer just screams no care in what they’re doing. And of course when I try to call their number “isn’t accepting calls right now.” How convenient. This right here is exactly why I stopped going to Dunkin. The only reason I even went today was because I had a gift card, and now I remember why. Pathetic.

First time dining in this Dunkin location. Were very happy with our order it was correct and tasting good. The staff were nice and sweet very fast service. The restaurant was clean. Overall it was a good breakfast we enjoyed our time there.

Very kind people, but my order is never right. I order very simple meals “toasted plain bagel with cream cheese,” and there’s no cream cheese. “3 sides of bacon and a coffee roll,” I get a coffee roll and no bacon or just 1 side. This has been 5 times in a row.
