I stopped by Chucks yesterday and had a nice visit overall. They had a live band playing, which really added to the ambience and made the it feel more lively and enjoyable. I ordered a glass of Kim Crawford, which wasn’t part of the happy hour special, along with the Poke nachos and calamari. The Poke nachos were good, but I felt they could use a little more brightness and flavor—maybe sliced Serrano or jalapeño peppers, cilantro, or green onion to dress them up a bit. Had a great experience here with my family. There were lots of pictures of celebrities that seemed to have eaten here which was cool. Had some fried clams and conch bites which were real good. Had shrimp parmesan which I never had before or knew was an actual dish lol but it was delicious. There was some live music playing outside too. The waitress was very friendly and got our food out quickly.
