I put in a mobile order for a coffee and a refresher and I showed up 20 minutes after I ordered said drinks and they still were not ready, and then when I asked her if they had and apple cider donuts, she couldn’t even tell me for sure if it was that donut, her exact words were “mmm I might be that one, I’m not sure” so I didn’t order said donut, then when I got my drinks I was talking to the manager about how she couldn’t tell me which donut was apple cider, she reaches over the counter and registers, and shoves my drinks in my hand, the when I go to drink my coffee, it wasn’t even made right
