I would have given a 0 hour f I could. I was so excited to try the new tacos. Don’t bother. I PAYED for sour cream and avocado on 3 tacos. Did I get it? No. I also didn’t get ranch on the chicken taco I ordered and didn’t get salsa on one of my beef tacos. I called the store and Alexis told me that she was the manager. I explained what happened and told her I wasn’t driving the 20 miles back there (it was on my way home from work ). Her solution “I can remake those for you”?! WHAT?! I JUST TOLD YOU I wasn’t driving all the way back down there. No other offer to fix it other than she was going

My house us locsted across the street so I've pretty much have been a consistent customer since they opened. The food is aways fresh but the morning shift currently working the kitchen is absolutely terrible. However, the night shift is great. The gentlemen with red hair running the show out there is really nice and cares about his not only job, but also his customers. That's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. I'm done getting breakfast, but I've seen this place make some amazing changes. I hope they fix this soon.

I went in for a quick bite after work and the place was pretty busy, but the line moved along faster than I expected. The staff seemed organized and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. I ordered a burger combo and it came out hot and fresh. The fries had a nice crisp to them, which I always appreciate. Seating area was clean enough and someone was wiping tables while people were leaving. Nothing over the top, just a solid fast food meal that did the job. I’d probably swing by again when I’m in the area and need something quick.

The worst customer service of any Wawa I’ve ever been to. Did an online mobile order for in store pick up. My food was ready on time. I asked two different employees, one at the food counter & another at the smoothie counter for my missing smoothie. The employee at the food counter was no help. The lady at the smoothie counter was RUDE & said to me “I ain’t got it, you have to wait, I’ll tell you when I got it”. I proceeded to wait another 12 minutes then finally told her that I would need a refund as I couldn’t wait any longer. Suddenly she realized the smoothie had been made the whole time j
