As someone who has and will drive hours just to try a highly regarded burger joint I like to think I know a thing or two about good burgers and suffice it to say Patrick’s would be worth a lengthy drive. Everything they do here is a step above. Fresh beef cooked perfectly in the smash burger style, solid bun and fresh toppings. The beef is so tasty I can only guess what their mix is: shortrib, chuck and maybe flatiron? Moreover, the fries are fresh cut, fried in tallow and quite possibly the best I’ve had of this type. Patrick's is an excellent dining establishment. The food was delightful and promptly served. Please be aware that it features an open kitchen, which can lead to a rather warm interior. As there were no fans or air conditioning on that day, this might be uncomfortable for some patrons.
