This is my second time at this location. I hadn't had chick-fil-a in years! Customer service is above anything around. Wait time was very short and honestly we both dined full meals and he had a shake for about 20 bucks. Worth every penny. The dining area was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The owner was here this time and he was nice as well even recommended a honey bbq sauce we hadn't tried before and husband loves it now. This was his first time ever and he is impressed. Good job guys what a wonderful experience today above par.

First time eating at the Fort Wayne Restaurant and I must say I love it. The young lady suggested the dragonfruit ice cream lemonade drink- totally a d completely off the chain delicious!!!!!!! All 5 stars. Dining area was super clean and overall calming and welcoming atmosphere. Last but not least all the workers were nice, professional and easily entreatable.

The food was delicious as always at a Chick-fil-a. Enjoyed the pretzel bun that is currently here. The service of the food was quick. The atmosphere is relaxing here and the service of the employees is above and beyond. Noticed one employee, Eric, always helping all of the customers in the dining area and making animal noises for the children to guess.

Not a fan of Chick-fil-A as a company, I respectfully disagree with many of their policies. However as a dasher, the staff at this location are really really fantastic. Always friendly, always helpful, always immaculate inside. Amazing how they are able to handle such an enormous volume of customers without the bad attitudes and unapologetic bad service you get elsewhere. You guys are awesome!
