Had a chance to visit Ichiddo for dinner after a movie at the Regal Cinema and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is in the old debrand's chocolate building and I found the atmosphere to be nicely comfortable. It was a warm environment with nice decor and comfortable seating. The food was very good. Our party got a variety of dishes ranging from the stir-fried udon noodles ramen bowls the donburi. We enjoyed the edamame appetizer, the crab rangoon, and the Calamari dumpling appetizers. I can't remember what that one's called. Had a good time with family and enjoyed the food. I recommen

Good food. Great service. Appetizer were delicious. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ramen was lukewarm and not hot when served, but I also got there an hour before closing.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience here. It was both mine and my girlfriend’s first experience at a ramen centered restaurant, and we were both extremely satisfied with the quality, flavor, and portion sizes of the food The Gyozas were the best i’ve had in Fort Wayne since moving from Michigan well over a year ago. Then, the Char Siu ramen and Chicken Stir fry ramen were the perfect late afternoon dinner. Our waiter was fantastic, the place is gorgeous and clean, even the temperature of the restaurant was ideal. I Can’t wait to try Ichiddo again

There are a lot of liberties taken with the majority of the items on this menu. Is it good? Yes, the food is good. But if you are looking for authentic this definitely has some American influences. The place is really quiet and the lights don’t match the rest of the atheistic. It’s a decent, expensive, and long wait meal. Which is simply not how Ramen is meant to be!
