Got in line to pay and your associates (Bre) waited on me, she was so patient and kind to me! I never forget people who are kind to me! She ran my card 2 times and I kept getting a payment declined message! I explained to (Bre) I transferred 35.00 dollars while I was at your store! She was so kind and patient, she didn't do or say anything to humiliate me. She allowed me to take my coffee and sandwich! I

I simply wanted to wash my hands after cleaning my windows and getting gas. I was told I needed to wait five minutes because there was a man doing something in there. Not sure what it was, but the door was open with the mop bucket in the middle of it, keeping it from closing. So not sure what the problem was with me stepping inside to wash my hands. However, I was unable to use the facilities. Being that I am a rideshare driver, no, I did not have five minutes. I had a passenger to pick up. But they had absolutely no problem taking my money for purchases that were made. I asked to use the sink

I have never spent this much for gas. I understand the state of our nation but this is double what it takes to fill up. I know this is not as expensive as some states but for Texas this is a lot.

There was a flash flood last night on Rosedale. Had to push my car off the road for safety after it stalled. When I saw there was a QT, I was relieved, thinking I had a safe place to wait for a ride and get out of the rain. Too bad the staff locked all the doors and put up hand written signs saying they were closed. To add insult to injury, they let in a cop while I was waiting only to lock the door behind him. My wife and I had to wait in the rain in our soaked shoes.
