This place was so disgustingly dirty! We used to go to A&W and like it so we decided to try it. They no longer do the root eer like they used to so it is just a really lame burger place. This entire restaurant needs to close and be cleaned professionally. It was really bad. Looks like they have never mopped and the bathroom had piles of wet tiled paper piled in corners. Some piles had dried that way so it looked like that is all they did to attempt to clean. The people that work there are nice and did a good job but just avoid this place. It's a terrible waste of money.

If I could give a minus one I would. Can’t comment on the food as the service was so bad we left. Walked in, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one acknowledging we were there. Totally ignored. When one guy came close enough to hear me I asked if anyone was going to acknowledge that we were there. He rudely said “Just a sec. I’m busy” and walked away. There were a couple of cars in the takeout line but all of their orders were taken already as the window guy disappeared without a trace. At first my order wasn’t right a week ago and there was actually a whole order missing but when I came in to get the replacement, the worker Laura made everything way right she went above and beyond and I just felt the need that I needed to come on and do a Google review to give her some kudos for that and I’ll also be reaching out to corporate to let them know too cause that’s going above and beyond to make me feel like the way she did so thank you Laura!

The only way I give a KFC anything over a 3 stars is because of someone. This someone is a young lady by the name of Jackie. She was patient while taking my order and of course extremely kind while taking my payment. She is the most cheerful person ever. KFC better pay her well. She makes me want to go back.
