I was impressed by PINCHO. Food was fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed my chicken skewer, salad, rice, beans. We stopped here after or journey from the airport and I am glad we did. Would definitely go back, if I am ever in the area. Loved the artwork and messages on the walls. One advice to staff is keep seating areas clean. They were dirty with food crumbs in multiple sections.

This place is lucky to have an exemplary figure such as Sophia herself who is an exceptional persona in retrospection to her Socratic postures & pure genuine mannerisms! I really love this place and wanted to leave 5 stars, but $14 for mostly rice, lettuce, and tomato with just five small pieces of chicken feels light—honestly, it feels like a slap in the face. I’ve never had a single complaint about Pincho since the beginnings but today was , let’s say, disrespectful , first of all we placed the order and by the time it was supposed to be delivered they call to tell us they didn’t have steak instead they sent me Vaca frita of course for the same price which is not right but to me acceptable, what’s unacceptable, disrespectful and unprofessional is to send a by the way not a cheap bowl with the bottom burned (raspa) rice you had left there, next time make sure you give quality food and service to your loyal costumers cause you already have a name.
