This is always a busy location but the staff does well at keeping up. Drinks are good and consistent and the staff are friendly. I overheard an older man flipping out today about waiting like 30 seconds (maybe) and demanding a manager and really wanted to chew him out for being an obnoxious, rude “person” but didn’t cuz people are crazy nowadays. The drinks are made really well here and people need to chill the crap out. Young girl, black headband, not sure of her name but kept her cool with the old guy and was very professional.

The staff at this location are fantastic. They are a high volume location, despite that they deal well with the influx of orders and work efficiently together. I frequent this location often and order to stay and enjoy my coffee and typically a bakery item onsite. The interior could use some sprucing up. It is clean, but some of the furniture is very worn and could stand to be replaced/Upgraded.

20250713 Picked up my Iced Venti Chai Latte with Soymilk before leaving the area to head home from my overnight stay. The drive thru is way in the back of the building, and I needed to circle around. It went very fast, and my drink was ready in top speed. The barista was very nice, and the drink tasted good, as expected.

I had to wait a while because they were short staffed, and slammed with mobile orders. I always feel for the staff when this happens, and never want to write a bad review. But then I learned the employees aren't allowed to wear masks to protect themselves from getting sick. It's a shame that management picks optics over the health of the workers, let alone the quality of service. I feel like most often when I've encountered "poor service" at starbucks, it actually is the result of poor management and policy -- in other words, exploitation.
