We paid for a discovery box and were given a sauce and chips in place of the twists and when I asked why they said they were out of the twists and they replaced it with what they wanted. Why sell me what's advertised if you cant make it the way you advertised it. You charged me for what was advertised and switched it cause you didn't have the twists. For some reason, this location lacks consistency when it comes to preparing taco supremes. On two different occasions, I've ordered only tacos supremes and received the basic tacos without the tomato or sour cream despite getting charged for them. Can't tell if they've just gotten away with it for so long that they just do it to everyone, or if I just have crap luck and keep getting the same employee who's just on autopilot...

We have been coming to this Tinley Park location by Target for some time now. I have never been as impressed as I am now, they seem to have a whole new crew and they are great! I would like to especially shout out Courtney, she is the sweetest! She is so friendly and greets us everytime. She bring our food to our table and checks on us through our visit. She has really made an impact with her happy self and smiles! Love the changes!

The people at the window were wonderful and sweet and I even checked my food kinda before I had left. Get all the way to work to completely open my meal up to the wrong thing… I order a cheesey gordita crunch and I received to be honest know idea what I got but it has chicken on it(which I don’t eat but thanks for that) and to me honestly it looks like a quesadilla ? I don’t know but I’m pissed that what I ordered was 6.99 item and received a 3$ item lol.
