I’ve eaten at this Buffalo Wild Wings location before, but this visit was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Our party of three all ordered boneless wings, and every single order was the same dry, overcooked, and so hard they were difficult to eat. They honestly tasted like they came straight out of the deep freezer at a bargain-bin discount store, then were fried into hockey pucks. This has definitely been the worst restaurant experience I've had in Frankfort, waited over an hour 45 minutes for boneless wings, the waittress was impossible to find or get the attention of the whole time. After an hour we asked for to go boxes for the wings we hadn't gotten, and she seemed surprised, saying the manager should have brought them out. We said no and she disappeared and we waited an extra 45 minutes; she said she had them made fresh which was nice, management didn't seem to know what was happening.

Miserable service, manager with an attitude. My wife and I ordered an appetizer and two sandwiches. After 15 minutes, the manager Josh, brought out one sandwich with the appetizer turned into a side. When we asked him where the other sandwich was and why the appetizer was a side order, he told us that’s what we ordered. He did say that they would make the other sandwich but also repeated that he delivered what we ordered and acted like we were the ones that were wrong. This place is a bar and grill chain. Extremely noisy atmosphere with televisions surrounding the dining room offer continual overstimulation. I couldn't hear my hostess or my server and felt like we were all shouting...and we were! If you like this type of noisy boisterous atmosphere then you might like it. Definitely NOT a family type restaurant although I saw many young folks there with young children which is astounding. Very expensive for what was ordered.
