So yesterday my meal was messed up so I went back today to see about a replacement...I spoke to the manager about the issue I had the day before and showed the picture of my meal ..she immediately went back and gave me two very large pieces of chicken breasts and a leg and handed it to me..I checked the temp which was nice and hot. When I got home and tried it it tasted amazing so much better guys. I have deleted my 1 star review and now giving a 5 star

This is my second visit to this KFC location in the last month each time my order was missing something when I got home. It was more than 10 miles to go back and get the missing food items. Recommend Checking your order before leaving the store.

I made a carryout order 10/20 pieces of original chicken, double order of mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw from KFC on Versailles Road in Frankfort. They were quite slow to take my order but quite courteous when they finally waited on me. When I took the order home it turned out to be crispy, hard chicken and absolutely zero gravy. I called KFC and told the manager about the mistake and she took my name and correct order. When I returned days later both managers said they made no such statement and there was no such list existing. In my mind they acted as though I was lying when it was them

Was little upset. I ordered doordash pickup got charged $43.00 went to pick up said there was no doordash order so they made pay again. Got charged right at just liked a few cents being $80.00 for a 12 piece meal.
