Lisa C.★★★★★The Brown Barrel was absolutely incredible! The casual-yet-classy atmosphere paired perfectly with some of the best food we’ve had in Frankfort. The Fried Green Tomatoes and Fried Mushrooms with Horseradish Aioli were amazing starters, but the Pork Belly with Mixed Greens and the Bleu Cheese Burger with White Truffle Mashed Potatoes completely stole the show. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. It’s easy to see why this spot is a favorite for both locals and Bourbon Trail visitors. We’ll definitely be back!

Tasha was out server and was fantastic! We shared a blacked cat fish, grouper bites and loaded Brown barrels(tater tots with a spicy jalopeno mix) all recommendations from Tasha. We will definitely come back and make more of a stay here in Frankfort to experience the full bourbon trail!
Patrick For Jesus Worley★★★★Visiting family and we all stopped here after checking out Buffalo Trace. Ordered me a burger that had bacon, fried egg, & cheese. It was phenomenally juicy and the sweet potato waffle fries were scrumptious! One in our group ordered a chicken with angel hair pasta and it lacked correct flavor so the waitress instantly removed it from the ticket and kept our visit very pleasant! Will indeed return again if given the opportunity.
