I recently ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, which used to be my go-to drink and something I genuinely looked forward to. Unfortunately, this time it was a major disappointment. The coffee tasted extremely diluted—more like lightly coffee-infused water than the rich, smooth cold brew I’ve come to expect. The balance of flavor was completely off, and the signature creamy sweetness was barely noticeable. Hoping to resolve the issue, I called the store to provide feedback, but the experience only got worse. The store manager on duty was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Rather than listen

Amazing as usual. I really appreciate that Starbucks has healthier drink options—the green tea with honey is my go-to. It’s also such a kind gesture how they write positive things on the cups. It really makes a difference.

As a regular Starbucks customer, I've noticed that this particular location has a large LGBTQ+ flag prominently displayed, whereas other stores do not. While I fully support inclusivity, I believe it's important for all customers to feel equally comfortable. I hope management can consider a more balanced approach so that everyone feels welcome. Thank you for understanding.

I came to this Starbucks to get an ice grande chai. Also got a coffee mug for my collection. I sat down and enjoyed my coffee - 20 min later I went back to my van to work on my phone. I went back inside like an hour later and the gentleman that works there ( tall, white, curly hair, with a big smile said “ oh you came back for your mug?” I had left the bag in there and they kept it. I ordered another chai with espresso and it was perfect! What I loved about this place was the staff super nice and my drink was perfect Thank you - I love the east coast ppl! 💪🏼🥰🫶🏼🌟💜💙🩵💚❤️🩷
