If I could give zero stars I would! So I come here a couple times a week at this location because it’s the closest one to my house, and sometimes I will visit another location by my work. Every time I come to this location I’m always irritated, whether they forgot to put the cream in the ice cap which is standard in an ice cap, or they don’t completely grill the grilled chipotle chicken wrap so that cheese isn’t melted and it’s ice cold inside, just a little stuff is frustrating with this location Today I got the Tim boost, the exact same drink I get often, I ordered one with ice and one wit

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I placed a mobile order for two sandwiches and a coffee, but when I arrived, I was informed that my order had mistakenly been given to another customer. I was then asked to pull out of the drive-thru and park so the drive-thru timer would not be affected, which I agreed to do. After waiting more than 15 minutes with no update, I eventually went inside to check on the status of my order, only to find that it had been completely forgotten. Every single time I come here there is an issue and the order is wrong. Ordered 2 double stack breakfast wraps and was given 2 breakfast stackers. When I told the guy it was wrong he said oh well this is what they had you down for. No apologies or an offer to remake and I pay the difference. I don't even want to give this place a 2 star rating. Even without people in a line or inside they are super slow. Edit: went to the website listed below. You need a receipt number and this place NEVER gives you a receipt. When you ask for one they get an attitude.
