We order the pick two comes with a barbecue sandwich a bacon wrap and coleslaw. And my bf ordered a burger. I didn’t even get my entire meal! No sandwich no bacon wrap no coleslaw. Then told me my meal didn’t come with a drink. I’ve been going here for years. We went inside to let the manager know and she told us we were lying. SMH. Why would we lie about a sandwich and about not getting something we paid for. I’m giving two stars because this location is usually good but this time they messed up. The drive thru line was long. When ordering the tray I’d advise not to get onion rings as side unless you’re doing double. You only get 4 onion rings. The chicken tenders were old and overly cooked. Ordered a beef and cheese quesadilla and received chicken and cheese. Maybe this is the wrong crew to visit this location with. I did call and supposed to receive a voucher in the mail not email. (Super inconvenient)

Visited 11/15/25 I ordered a milkshake with Heath bars and caramel cheesecake. I dropped it on the floor before I could even taste it. After I was cleaning up the mess, I went to the cashier to tell him what happened and getting ready to pay for another. He said I heard it drop on the floor and we are already making you another one no worries. That's the best customer service team ever! I would definitely return soon
