If it was not for one major inconvenience, the stay would have been perfect. For our wedding, my now wife, had booked a room block over a year in advance. The venue for the wedding was down the road. We had multiple family members and friends use our room block and staff had told us that our reservation was good to go as well. Long story short, we made it to wedding weekend, and when going to check in, we were told there were no reservations under our name. The only item under our name was the room block. 3 stars for Wind Creek Casino Hotel. The hotel itself is nice and the location is convenient, but the overall experience was just okay. The casino has a good size and plenty of options, but it can feel crowded and the service was not always consistent. Some staff were helpful, while others seemed rushed or not very friendly. The room was decent, but for the price I expected a little better. Not a terrible stay, but also not something that felt special enough for 5 stars.

I would love to give a poor review because I lost all my money..but that wouldn't be fair. We stayed 2 nights. Clear cut directions visable, parking lot to hotel is free, there is also a garage and valet. Check in is at 4pm our room was ready by 4:20. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was built after the casino so the walk from hotel to casino may not be easy for everyone. I did see some with scooters but I do not know how they were provided. You walk through the outlets and the market place(food) before you hit the casino. Casino was big, bigger than I thought. Ever

First stay 6/19/26 10th. floor other direction was wonderful! So much we decided to return. Second stay 7/3/2026 was too many hic-cups for my taste. The pool has been out of commision for 2 years, some of the staff at the front desk need more training. I was informed the fireworks would be Friday (via 3 different people) and they were Saturday. The entire 14th. floor AC went down and room smelled musty. (Along with broken items in room). We were moved to floor 10 and there were drunk obnoxious people right near our room (we couldn't move due to hotel was full), the 2nd room was missing s
