We came to ID Company in Fremont with high hopes, as we remembered how good it was a couple of years ago. But unfortunately they have not maintained their quality. The pav Bhaji dosa was soggy and lacked flavor, in spite of me requesting it to be crispy. The curry leaf podi idli was also very dry and tasteless- I remember it being fragrant with ghee and spices. We stopped by this restaurant for lunch after a visit to Costco, which is conveniently located right next door.
