I had an outstanding experience at Cowboys Chicken in Frisco! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly, but what really made the visit exceptional was the customer service. Thiago was absolutely amazing - friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly valued as customers. Wow! My dad brought this for lunch today. I wasn't sure what to expect when he asked if I wanted Cowboy Chicken, but I said "sure!" and I was absolutely not disappointed. As were were munching on the creamy, spicy enchiladas, the perfectly cooked green beans and the scrumptious twice cooked potatoes, Dad told me he'd been going to Cowboy Chicken since the first one opened. He and his wife have fond memories of frequenting the spot when they first met. He'd taken a picture of the rotisserie at the Frisco store and shared it with me. This place was incredible! It was our first time trying Cowboy Chicken and it quickly became a favorite spot of ours. Thiago was so incredibly helpful walking us through the menu and offering suggestions. He was so friendly and welcoming, his customer service really goes above and beyond. The food was delicious, all of the sides were great but the Mac and cheese was exceptional. The food came out quick and hot. We will for sure be back!
