I think Snappy is just losing the plot. The change of bowl size considering the amount a regular salad cost is crazy. Same with the pineapple juice. For about 10$ (2.75$ more than a juice) I can make around 4-5 servings at home (I’ve done it). And same for the salads, for around the same cost I can make 3-4 hearty servings at home. MIND YOU I can also pay 11$ at chipotle and still get a heaping bowl with a better serving for protien. Obviously Im going to snappy for convenience but for a regular bowl with the 2 smallest tenders in the world plus a juice being 23$ in THIS economy for a bowl of

This is insane. To charge $20 for one salad with added protein (because there was none) when the bowl is half the size it was before is something I will not tolerate. I hadn’t ordered Snappy in a while and was shocked to see how small the salad was in the new container. I saw the business reply to another review that complained about the same thing and all they said was “costs are increasing”. Yes, they are however if costs are rising I expect the same portion. This place is losing customers. Always slow. They have young kids who dont understand how to work in a customer service environment. I come here all the time and they literally give you little to no sides. I get more lettuce and my protein as seen in the picture. These kids just are not trained well and this restaurant is going to suffer to Salata which is one block over on El Dorado and there staff is day and night. Better experience and portions sizes are bigger. Just not worth the cost for a $20.00 salad.

This was my first time eating at Snappy Salads, and I have to say... Great service and one of the best salads I've ever had! I didn't catch the other workers' names, but the manager Marissa prepared our crispy chicken (amazing texture eat) and it was SO good. Really complimented the rest of my make-your-own salad. As for the man that took my order, I appreciated his patience as I figured out what all of the toppings they had were and which ones I wanted. Would eat here again!
