Every time I go to this location and ask for cracklings, I’m told they don’t have any. This has happened multiple times, and there are never any on the plate at all. As long as I’ve been eating Captain D’s since I was a child, I’ve never known them to serve fish without at least some cracklings on the plate not even a drop. So what’s up with that? At this point, I’m trying to understand — is this something that has been taken off the menu, or is it just this location? If so, I’ll just go to a different location. I just want consistency. Five stars because I love fish but one star for everything else. This location sucks more than any take out in Gadsden. The employees don’t care about customers at all. If you go inside to order you have to wait for ten cars to get their food before the employees think about you. Then once you do order you have to wait for another dozen cars to get through drive through before someone comes to bag up your order that has been sitting in the window ready for ten minutes. It happens every single time. I contacted corporate and their excuse for poor customer service is that they’re short staffed.

Order food to eat in waited 45 minutes on food because they said they was waiting on corn to get done the food we ordered was not hot because it set there waiting young lady come told us she was waiting on the corn that the slowest place I ever been to If I ever go though gadsden Alabama again I will not eat here and the hole time we was there the boy and girl was going back and forth arguing witch didn't help anything I wouldn't tell anyone to go there it would been lot quite if workers wasn't so load

Cleaner place than the nearby DQ. We had no problems so far with the food. We missed their 4.99 fish and chicken combo but it was only for a certain period time only. We love their cocktail sauce that along with the fish. They give you a lot for a lunch special
