I have been denied service here 2 times. She says they only have runny milkshakes and was very rude. I just tried again and I sat forever at the drive up menu for the same rude lady told me to go to the window that she only does drive thru. I sat in drive thru 10 mins and no one acknowledged me. I drive up to the window with 3 cars ahead and she acknowledged the man behind me on the speaker. I drove off bc I already knew she was going to pop off and ruin my day. I've worked fast food and I know you don't treat people that way. She is so rude and I know it's not only to me. I won't be going the

Ordered online for mobile pickup. Just a Dr.Pepper and and Ocean Water. Waited for it to come out and watched and employee walk in and out of the door just walking around not doing anything. the guy (says Joseph on the recipt) brought us the drinks. They were covered in soda which got all over my hands because the cups weren't wiped off. Then he told us we hadn't paid?? even tho the recipt clearly said order ahead and shows where we had already paid for it. He insisted that it hadn't been paid for and we had to show him multiple times on the recipt where it showed we had paid. In this process

Yes I went to this Sonic today and I had the number one the smasher double burger with tater tots and a large drink. I was surprised at the price for me it being over $10. I went ahead and got two meals anyway. The only thing I can say is the price was was pretty steep but the food was decent and edible I enjoyed it

removed majority of the car-pull-ins and staff seemed uninterested in helping when we pulled into the drive through, and refused to elaborate on things they mentioned. so overall, good food good wait time bad staff service. also the machines are awful and you have to scream over the loud speakers for 5 minutes or manually order to get 4 items.
