Great place to eat at, despite other peoplethe telling me it wasn't I found out for myself that it's as good as many other Dunkin Donuts that I have visited when I was living in the Memphis or Millington TN area. Myself personally I would rather eat at, buy Donuts, get Ice Cream and just hang out at Dunkin Donuts than Starbucks. It does My heart good to know I can now walk to my favorite place to buy and eat donuts

I had a horrible experience yesterday. I was at the drive thru here. I have been giving them my business for a long time but This Will End if the issue is not resolved right away with management there. I had just come back from surgery yesterday. I wanted to order some ice cream. This woman yelled into the speaker for me to wait because she is training someone. She kept me waiting a while when I did not feel well, so I pulled up to the window. She said she was training someone and refused to help me. She slammed the wondow in my face. I had to blow the horn and she opened the window and again

The coffee is always different. I always ask for 2 sugar and almond milk. It is always different. I don't understand how, and I get an extra large and sometimes they give me an extra large cup with a large amount of coffee meaning they don't fill it in all the way. Honestly at least they're polite, wich does go a long way, for me..

Worst DD in the south side. Pull up to the drive-thru and after waiting to get a response they just say “What you getting”, no hello or can I take your order. Rude. So I order and have a moment of realization that I don’t need their rudeness or negativity so I just left the drive-thru. Wasted their time like they wasted mine.
