A Warm and Welcoming Experience at Bob Evans in Gahanna We recently visited the Bob Evans location in Gahanna, Ohio, and even though we arrived just before closing time, they were incredibly accommodating. A special shout-out to Serena for the outstanding customer service—we truly appreciated the kindness and warm hospitality. The food was delicious, as always, and we left with full bellies and big smiles. It’s places like this—and people like Serena—that keep us coming back. Being from the south, I have really been wanting a HOMECOOKED county fried streak. I pass Bob Evans every day on the way to work.So I decided to stop in one morning and order one. Let's just say I could've gotten a frozen Patty and corn for $2 at Kroger.In a frozen meal that would have been better than what I got. It bothered me so bad that they just threw some frozen food in a plate that I called up there and told them how disappointed I was the manager was very , very nice and very accommodating , and she told me the next time I wanted a meal to call them. I knew it was going to be great as soon as I walked in the door and was welcomed by several employees. The servers are very professional yet personable and always make you feel welcome. Hailey, Rachel, and Chris are outstanding servers and exactly the kind of people I would want out front representing my business. The manager Dale always takes a minute to stop by and say hi and make sure everything is good. For great hometown food and service (Morrison Gahanna) Bob Evans is the place to be.
