Definitely come here over waffle house if you’re in Gainesville! I’ve been coming here for a while now, it’s a nice family run diner, servers are very friendly, food is very good, and price is good for what you get-food that costs $30 at waffle house will cost $17-$20 here-highly recommend going for cost, value, and friendly environment. As well as supporting a small business. Only downside is they’re only open for breakfast and lunch and not 24 hours :( Though I understand why, it’s still unfortunate as I would come here a lot at late night if they were open then-but I highly recommend ev

Super friendly staff, really friendly and neighborhood vibe to the restaurant, and best of all: amazing food for a decent price!! Recommend the corn beef and has and french toast. Also the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had, you won’t regret them if you order it.

Frozen food but we waited as if it was fresh. After waiting an hour I was thinking this must be some really good food. I will say that the grits and eggs were decent but that was short lived because it was swimming in some kind of liquid. However, the fish and country fried steak are frozen items and tasted horrible. The staff member who waited on us was friendly. That is all.
