Atmosphere is typical Arbys. Service was ok. The woman who took our order was very professional and friendly. The woman who called our order was short and to the point and not friendly, no smile but just doing her job professionally and quickly. My curly fries had a weird taste like the oil they were cooked in was old. Not the best arbys curly fries. The philly cheese steak is what one would expect from a fast food joint. It was good, but not the best around that i know. Anyway it's an Arby's

Food was decent for the most part and could have been fresher. The fries were old and the tenders seemed to have been cooked awhile ago and just sitting under warmer. Almost dried them out. Stopped for lunch but will bypass next in area

We placed a mobile pickup order through the app and grabbed it from the pickup shelf. After getting to the car, we noticed the two cups of cheddar cheese sauce we paid extra for were missing. We went back inside and politely asked for the cheese cups. Instead of resolving it, the employees began yelling at us, insisting the cheese was “on the sandwich,” despite the order clearly specifying cups of cheese sauce on the side. The interaction was aggressive and uncomfortable, to the point that other customers were visibly watching in shock. The behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and completely
