Super cute coffee shop! You can sit in the window! Love the variety of coffee flavors and the food smelled amazing! They even have Decaf! We asked about recommendations on what to do in Gallatin and they were so helpful. There is a vintage sidewalk sale just across the street. I love that this coffee shop is in the heart of Gallatin.

12/10 in every category—truly. I live in Nashville but occasionally have to come out to Gallatin. Every time I do, I make sure to stop by Black Elm. I was gifted espresso beans once & was hooked. I didn’t expect to be blown away by customer service when buying beans, but literally every time I’m here, they do it. Can’t find the beans I’m looking for? The staff runs downstairs because there’s another similar bean stocked there they think I’d love. Genuinely so friendly & helpful. The ham & cheese quiche is a great breakfast snack, the lattes are crafted with excellence & the atmosphere is warm

Ordered a large dark coffee which of course they didn’t have. Told them a light roast would do but when I got the coffee it was cold. Not just warm but bloody cold. When I handed it back, the only thing the lady would do was offer to stream it. Not refund my money or offer to make me an Americano just steam it. It was just slightly warm after steaming. Not acceptable at all.plus the coffee was weak and would have been of poor quality even if it had been at an acceptable temperature. I appreciate the owner’s response below to my initial review but I have no need of a refund. What I would ask

This coffee is amazing! Taylor is a pro behind the bar and made me some of the best coffee I have had in a long time. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a pleasant aroma of coffee with a warm environment and excellent customer service. The front and entrance area is adorned with large windows that let natural light cascade across the shop allowing you to gaze at the out at the square. The aesthetic is charming and the lounge areas are perfect for enjoying your drink while reading a book, catching up with an old friend, or tackling some unfinished work. We will be back often as this is
