I'm very disappointed with the service at this McDonald's. I ordered a medium combo and asked for a strawberry drink without ice. Initially, it was served with ice, even though I specifically requested it. When I asked for it to be remade without ice, the staff simply removed the ice from the cup and returned the drink with much less drink in it. Furthermore, the staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I was told that if the drink was too small, I could "just add water on top." This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. There is no rating for atmosphere because I went to their drive thru lane. The fish sandwich is "ok". I do like McDonald's French fries regardless of the location. I gave their drive up service four stars. The order was correct and my fish sandwich was hot.

Ordered a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal for my son. Got home and the container for the chicken nuggets had a cold sausage patty inside. For what it cost to go here now I’d expect a little better service and attention to detail but my standards must be to high for $20/hr employees handling food.

We always come to this McDonald's and order more than 6 large fries every time that they know us. Margaret, Maria, Jimmy, Rafael and their team are always so friendly and AMAZING! They always greet us with a smile, which is great. Other McDonald's, they hate us for ordering so much fries but this McDonald's at Pine St, Galt is amazing, very understanding, great communication and the food service speed is amazing!
